So, This is Where the Budweiser Frogs Have Been Hiding…

You’ve heard the expression, “You’re the life of the party.”

Ladies and gentlemen, there’s one thing that will guarantee you will be “the life of the party” this weekend. The only catch is you’ll have to channel the supernatural powers of America’s favorite street magician David Blaine who can unbelievably demonstrate that not all aquariums fit on a table.

Plus the quick hands to catch, well, you’ll see. And Dave Chappelle, Steph Curry and Drake saw what I’m hinting at very, very close-up.

Yeah, I’d hop to the other side of the room too.

There are movies. There are films. And then there are life-altering experiences.

This blog post is a wonderful medium to dive deep into speculation surrounding a future must-see movie with integrity and imagination. However, this blog is equally self-aware (the writer, not the “blog”) of when a video can create a greater impact and/or be a great partner with words. As a former student of broadcasting, as well as a current student in a sense of evolving media in the ever-changing 21st century, visuals can provide deeply impressionable insight into a certain topic or individual.

In today’s case, a particular actor said all that needed to be said.

Enter Keanu Reeves when he recently discussed arguably his greatest series of films (no, not the complicated ones with the red and blue pills) and the very real next step of developing a monumental comeback for an iconic character that has and will stand the test of time.

The world universe thanks you, Ted.

Well, not yet…

The “C” in Muscles Stands for Comedy

In the modern cinematic battle between DC Comics and Marvel, I will tip my cap to the latter for the following:

DC’s movie quality and slate of beloved characters are far superior, but Marvel is definitely having a lot more fun off the silver screen.

Back on August 29, 2016, Jimmy’s Daily Planet wrote about and featured the first installment of Thor adjusting to the grind of a 9-5 job during his absence in the first Avengers movie. And to answer your next question, yes, that video with Thor and his Earth friend and roommate, Darryl Jacobson, is quite entertaining.

What could be more entertaining than that?

I’m glad you asked. How about the brand new second video of Thor & Darryl that just dropped today…

Even if the exchange rate is slightly below average right now, I’d still take a few gazillion dollars with a few bucks knocked off.

Happy Monday

Valentine’s Day is tomorrow.

For those celebrating (as well as those not celebrating, but wishing they were), it’s rare to find love. Truly the greatest thing about life. Therefore, when we do find it, we have to cherish it, protect it and shout it from the rooftops.

Or maybe sing it in perfect unison whilst wearing sharp suits?

Ladies and gentlemen, it’s always the right time to listen to (and watch) The Temptations.

My goodness that’s a great song.

Have a Better Week Than Last Week.
