The New Face of Wonder, Meant to Inspire Us All

Julia Roberts and Owen Wilson.

Now that I have your attention, prepare yourself for the reality that they are your parents. Well, not literally your reality, but that these two are parents in the cinematic reality for the new film Wonder. The two acclaimed actors, for similar and different reasons, play the part of parents to a young boy (Jacob Tremblay).

Quick note: The casting of Wonder is incredible.

From the trailer (seen below), the characters portrayed by Julia Roberts and Owen Wilson have a young son who has endured scarring plastic surgery that resulted in an improved, yet still slightly disfigured face.

In other words, the son is different.

And in elementary school (and middle school…and high school…and so on…), people who act and appear differently face challenges that can paralyze all things social. For anybody who has felt or feels that way, Lionsgate Movies has produced a film that will inspire new wonder to your world.

This movie is set to take off into a heartwarming galaxy when it hits theaters this November.

The Look That’s Set in Steel

With more and more sequels being made from cult classics of yesteryear, Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson’s reunion as the world’s best (and hilariously dumb) male models in Zoolander 2 continues to build ridiculously good buzz.

Want to see its brand new trailer? Here it is!

Wait a second, that wasn’t a platform with wheels being towed by a car?

Zoolander 2 arrives in theaters on February 12, 2016.

You Can’t Beat It

Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson are simply comedy gold.

The Meet the Parents films, Night at the Museum movies, Starsky and Hutch and The Royal Tenenbaums are just a few of their acclaimed collaborations. Their bromance on the silver screen is infectious in the best ways, with their character portrayals best described as engaging, outrageous and always unforgettable. Each of us imagines we are either Stiller or Wilson, or a little of both.

In the case of the dance-off in their 2001 cult classic Zoolander, well, there are no words…

Thankfully, Zoolander 2 premieres in theaters on February 12, 2016.

Happy Throwback Thursday!

A Model…Sequel

It’s happening!

Zoolander 2 (title may still be pending), the sequel to the 2001 cult classic, was officially announced today as Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson surprisingly strutted down the Valentino fashion runway at the conclusion of the Paris show as their famous model characters Derek and Hansel.

This sequel buzz is so hot right now.

Dressed in perfectly ridiculous outfits (including silk pajamas and what appears to be a silk suit), Stiller and Wilson caused camera phones to flash from every direction and hearts to race for all the right reasons. Perhaps the best comedic buddy duo since Harry and Lloyd, these male models look identical to their 2001-selves with a blue steel facial turn that will take your breath away.

The highly-anticipated sequel will be released on February 12, 2016. The story is going to be set and filmed in Europe, which wonderfully lends itself to outrageous situations and stereotypical realities of the international fashion world for the dim-witted, yet incredibly entertaining and really, really, really ridiculously good looking best friends.

Cool movie announcement Hansel and Derek.
